A Note from the Author
It is with great pleasure that I share with you this newly edited edition of my first published novel. This story is especially meaningful to me because it was inspired, in part, by the challenges of a long-distance relationship that my husband and I endured when we met many years ago. I'll never forget how devastated I was each time he or I had to get on a plane and leave. But from the moment of our first meeting, we each recognized in each other our missing other half!
